Who Qualifies?

You’re eligible if you are from any NATO allied nation and meet any of the following:

• Military Veteran or Active-Duty Service Member

• Law Enforcement Officer / Police

• Firefighter

• EMS / EMT / Paramedic

This includes qualifying individuals from countries such as the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Australia, and all other NATO members.

How to Apply

You may apply before or after your purchase.

After You Purchase

1. Email us at validation@imperiumhosting.com

2. Use subject:

   Veteran/First Responder Discount Request

3. Include:

   • Full Name

   • The email associated with your account

   • Country of service

   • Your service type (e.g., “Canadian Army Veteran,” “German Paramedic”)

   • A non-sensitive proof of service such as:

     • Military ID or discharge certificate (with confidential info redacted)

     • Badge or service ID

     • Department-issued letter

We’ll verify your eligibility and reply within 24–48 hours with a discount code.

After validation, we will:

• Credit the difference from your latest invoice

• Apply the 15% discount to all future billing automatically

Privacy Assurance

Your privacy is our priority. All documentation:

• Is reviewed solely for verification

• Is deleted promptly after processing

• Is never stored or shared
