How to Edit Your Garry's Mod Server's Command Line Print

Want to change your Garry's Mod server startup options like game mode, map, or workshop collection? You can easily do this using the Commandline Manager in your Imperium Hosting control panel.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Log into Your Control Panel
   Head to your Imperium Hosting control panel and log in with your credentials.

2. Open Your Garry’s Mod Server
   From your dashboard, click on your Garry’s Mod game service to access the server management view.

3. Go to the Commandline Manager
   In the left-hand menu or modules section, click “Commandline Manager.”

4. Switch to the Custom Commandlines Tab

   • Click on the “Custom Commandlines” tab

   • This area allows you to create a command line tailored to your server’s needs

5. Create a New Command Line

   • Click “New”

   • Fill out the desired startup parameters such as:

     • Map

     • Game Mode

     • Max Players

     • Workshop Collection ID

   • Be sure to include only one +host_workshop_collection parameter if using Steam Workshop mods

6. Apply the Command Line
   After saving your custom command line, click the “Select” button to apply it to your server.

7. You're All Set!
   Start your server, and it will now launch using the new command line configuration.

If you're unsure which options to include, start with a simple setup and test. You can always return to the Commandline Manager to make edits or switch back to a default command line.
