Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log in to your Imperium Hosting control panel.

  2. Navigate to "Game Services" under the "Service Management" section in the toolbar.

  3. Select your Factorio server and stop it if it’s currently running.

  4. Click on "Configuration Files."


Customize General Server Settings

  1. Locate the server-settings.json file and click the "Text Editor" button.

  2. In this file, you can edit various options including:

    • Server name

    • Server description

    • Server password

    • Autosave intervals

  3. Once finished, click "Save & Exit."


Customize Map-Specific Settings

  1. Back in the "Configuration Files" section, locate map-settings.json and click "Text Editor."
