How to set and edit your custom difficulty settings on your Arma 3 server Print

In this guide, we’ll show you how to set your Arma 3 mission difficulty to "Custom" and configure the parameters for your custom difficulty.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Log in to your Imperium Hosting control panel.

2. Go to "Game Services" under the "Service Management" section in the toolbar.

3. Select your Arma 3 server and stop it if it’s currently running.

4. Click on "Configuration Files."

5. Open the server.cfg file using the "Text Editor" button.

6. Scroll to the "MISSIONS CYCLE" section and locate the difficulty line.

7. Set the difficulty value to Custom (case-sensitive).

8. Click "Save & Exit" to close the editor.

Set Your Custom Difficulty Parameters

9. Back on the "Configuration Files" page, locate the A3Master.Arma3Profile file.

10. Open it with the "Text Editor" button.

11. In this file, configure your desired custom difficulty settings to suit your gameplay preferences.

12. Once done, click "Save & Exit."

13. Start your server to apply the changes.
