Follow these steps to secure your Avorion server with a password:
Step 1: Log in to Your Control Panel
Access your game server control panel here:
https://tcadmin.imperiumhosting.com:8881/Login
Step 2: Turn Off Your Server
Before making any changes to your configuration files, make sure your server is completely turned off.
Step 3: Locate the server.ini File
In your dashboard, navigate to the Configuration Files section and open server.ini using the text editor. This is your main server configuration file.
Step 4: Set Your Password
Scroll through the file until you find the Password field (commonly around line 114). Enter your desired password here. Example:
Step 5: Save Your Changes
Click the Save & Exit button at the top of the editor to save your updates.
Step 6: Restart Your Server
Return to your control panel and start your server. Your new password is now active, and players will need it to join.
