VEIN | How to Set Your Server Name & Visibility Print

If you're looking to customize your VEIN server name or toggle between a public and private server, follow the steps below. This guide will walk you through editing your server’s Game.ini file via the Imperium Hosting control panel.

Steps to Edit Your VEIN Server Name and Visibility

1. Log in to your Imperium Hosting control panel:
   https://tcadmin.imperiumhosting.com:8881/Login

2. Navigate to your VEIN game service.

3. Click on the Configuration Files tab from the menu.

4. Locate the file named Game.ini and click on Text Editor to open it.

5. Inside the file, look for the following lines (or add them if they are missing):

    

   ServerName=YourCustomServerNameHere PublicServer=true

   • Replace YourCustomServerNameHere with your desired server name.

   • Set PublicServer to true to list your server publicly or false to make it private.

6. Once you've made your changes, click Save.

7. Return to the main control panel and restart your server to apply the changes.
