  • 0

If you're looking to customize your The Isle server hosted by Imperium Hosting, you can easily modify core settings such as your server name, chosen map, allowed dinosaur classes, and more through the Game.ini file.

Follow these steps to get started:

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Log into your Imperium Hosting Control Panel
Head over to https://tcadmin.imperiumhosting.com:8881/Login and sign in using your credentials.

  2. Navigate to Your Server
On the dashboard, select your The Isle server from the list of active services.

  3. Stop the Server
Always stop your server before making configuration changes to prevent data corruption.

  4. Click on "Configuration Files"
This can be found in the left-hand menu of your server control panel.

  5. Locate Game.ini and Click "Text Editor" or "Config Editor"

    • Use the Text Editor if you're comfortable editing raw configuration lines.

    • Use the Config Editor for a more user-friendly interface (if available for The Isle).

  6. Adjust Your Settings as Desired
Here are a few common edits:

    • ServerName= Set your server's display name.

    • Map= Choose the map (e.g., ThenyawIsland, Evrima).

    • AllowedClasses= Define which dinosaur types or roles are permitted.

    • PlayerCap= Adjust the number of players allowed on the server.

    • Password= Set a join password if desired.

  7. Save Your Changes
After editing, click Save to apply your new settings.

  8. Start Your Server
Return to the main panel and click Start to bring your server back online.

That’s it! Your server is now running with your custom settings. If you run into any issues or have specific gameplay goals in mind, feel free to reach out to our support team — we’re here to help you build the dino-survival server of your dreams.
